Shopping with Journeyvella
Journeyvella is an online store for travel bags and luggage. These terms explain how the website, product information and order process work together. Please also read our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which describe the relevant parts of the service.
Product information and selection
Read the description, measurements, material and included-item information for the precise product and configuration. Compare your device dimensions with the compartment measurements where provided. A quoted screen size does not always describe the physical dimensions of every laptop. We do not add an unsupported certification or a universal compatibility promise to a product.
Payment availability
Payment is available through PayPal Standard in US dollars. Select PayPal at checkout and continue to PayPal to review and complete the transaction. An incomplete or canceled payment does not count as a successful purchase. We confirm payment from the transaction status before treating an order as paid. Never send your PayPal password or payment-card details by email.
Prices and the order total
Prices are shown in US dollars. The displayed product price and selected quantity are carried into the cart. Eligible standard shipping is free, with no minimum order amount. Any applicable tax or other real charge must be disclosed in the checkout total before an order is accepted; no hidden handling fee is advertised.
Submitting and confirming an order
Please check the selected option, quantity, contact email and deliverable address before continuing. An acknowledgement confirms that information has been received; acceptance and fulfillment depend on the actual order status, available goods and available payment process. We will contact you about a material issue rather than substitute a different product without explaining it.
Availability and preparation
Availability relates to the selected item and option. We do not guarantee an unlisted quantity, future replenishment date or another model’s features. Accepted orders normally require 1–3 business days of preparation before the estimated 3–4 business days of transit.
Shipping and delivery
The current service area is the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia. Standard shipping is free without a minimum spend. The total estimate is 4–7 business days, including preparation and transit; weekends and US public holidays are excluded. The Shipping Policy explains address corrections, delays and parcel issues.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
The return request window is 30 calendar days after delivery. The merchant pays return shipping and no restocking fee is charged. Contact us for the correct instructions and return destination. After receipt, inspection and initiation of an approved refund take 5–7 business days; bank or provider posting time may be additional. The Return & Refund Policy provides the full process.
Cancellations and corrections
Tell us promptly if an order should be canceled or corrected. We try to stop a purchase before dispatch without a cancellation fee. Once a parcel is in transit, use the return process; we cannot guarantee that a carrier can recall or redirect it.
Photographs, descriptions and brands
Product photographs and descriptions identify the item and its available configurations. Screen settings can affect displayed colors; refer to stated measurements rather than estimating size from a photo. Supplied brands or manufacturer details remain associated with the relevant product; the store name is not a claim that we manufactured every item.
Appropriate use of the website
Use the website lawfully. Do not try to disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access, submit misleading information or misuse another person’s account. Keep account access details private and contact us if you believe access has been compromised.
Content and intellectual property
The store presentation, brand identity and other protected content may be used only as permitted by the relevant rights holder or applicable law. Product brands, images and other third-party material remain subject to their respective rights. These terms do not grant a general license to republish the catalog.
Limits and consumer rights
We aim to provide accurate information and a functioning service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular outcome from using a product. Follow the item’s actual safety and use instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights where applicable law does not permit an exclusion.
Updates and assistance
